A professional home for Indonesia's telecommunications technicians
ATVTI grew from field solidarity into a national organisation committed to integrity, competence, safety and the future of technicians.
Our History
ATVTI's journey began with technicians helping one another solve technical and non-technical challenges in the field.
In 2019, telecommunications colleagues established a WhatsApp community to exchange technical knowledge and coordinate support across assignments. The community also became a place to discuss payment issues, occupational safety and access to professional opportunities.
As the network expanded, a more structured institution was needed to strengthen competence, establish professional ethics and represent technicians throughout Indonesia. ATVTI emerged as a legal, open and nationally oriented professional association.

To serve as a professional home where Indonesian VSAT and telecommunications technicians receive rights protection, uphold a code of ethics and strengthen standards of knowledge and field practice.
